We are a healthcare logistics firm located in the US, servicing the Haitian people in Haiti. We facilitate the transport of people with medical emergencies from A to point B. We also evacuate patients from Haiti to another country. This is a new business concept and people would have questions. Therefore, we need to build an FAQ page where folks could go and look up answers to their questions. Zendesk offers this cool tool that allows a company to build its own FAQ like the one built by freshly.com https://support.freshly.com/hc/en-us. Can ring central offer a similar tool to their customers?

Thank you for your suggestion, but according to ring central, that particular tool is not being offered at the moment.

Which particular tool are you referring to? Why would some individual company want to build it's own FAQ database when RIngCentral offers all the ones I listed? Further, ZenDesk *IS* a support application. It is within their interest to offer something like that. On the other hand, RingCentral is a telecommunications company. Why would they want to develop something totally outside their expertise? ZenDesk doesn't offer UCaaS because it is not within their expertise.

I guess I am not understanding why you wouldn't use something already in the market place. Why don't you just don't use ZenDesk, which offers that functionality. for your FAQs regarding what you do? Additionally there are other support applications like FreshDesk  ( https://freshdesk.com/pricing ) which offers a FREE version of their support software which also includes the ability to add FAQs.

Thank you J.B. for your feedback. A generic FAQ won't work for our business model. We have a new business concept that requires a lot of customizations. The idea is to build our own FAQ resource for our customers to go to and learn about our services. Freshly.com has its FAQ built by Zendesk (https://support.freshly.com/hc/en-us). We want to build something similar to theirs.
I will look into freshdesk as you suggested. Thank you very much, J.B.

Customers (non-customers as well) can also benefit from the support pages on RIngCentral's web site. You can find much more information than you can in just one FAQ location. For example:
