I would like the option to eliminate fax cover sheets altogether, even blank ones. At this point we can't delete cover sheets even if we leave subject line blank. when we leave it blank it still generates a blank sheet of paper. This is causing many many pages of uncessary faxes to be sent. We're charged by the page when these are sent into our business system.

Not sure how you are generating the faxes, but through the RC4Windows APP, you can send a fax without a cover page.

I also tested from the on-line portal and it worked as well.

I am not certain whether this is what the original post meant, but what I would like is to get rid of the 11 fax cover sheets I don't use. First, it always defaults to "Blank". Why does Blank even exist? It serves no purpose. So I frequently find myself scrolling to the bottom of a long list of options to get to the custom one I want. I want to be able to choose between my custom cover sheet and "none". That's all I need. Thanks for your attention.

Please allow the option to completely remove fax cover sheets when email faxing... Regardless of whether the subject line is filled in or not.

Example of flaw: Salesforce requires a subject line on all emails sent out, so there is no way to turn off the fax cover when email faxing... and the cover is terribly unprofessional and incomplete.

We would like to see this too.  Please allow disabling of cover page from email faxes, regardless of subject line.

I would like the option to eliminate fax cover sheets altogether. As the software i am using to manage my P.O.S, uses the document number as the subject. which is needed for my email service. This issue s causing many of wasted for my customers and unnecessary faxes to be sent. The option of sending a fax cover sheet from Ring Central or your own fax cover sheet from your own system should be solely up to the customer and not a static setting within Ring Central setup. I would like to see this option get implemented as soon as possible. Cause as of this moment i cannot fax documents to my customers due to the fax cover sheet.

I am having this same issue!  I have to send documents to our truck drivers while they are over the road, and we are $2 per page for a useless page!  I have already spent just over $100 this year already in unwanted pages. We are going to have to start looking for an alternate option as the cost of sending faxes are crazy and this shouldn't be a mandatory page!  We are emailed the documents to send to our drivers, and no way to send them through without this useless page.

If other apps allow us to suppress the fax cover sheet, why can't you give us this option when sending an email-to-fax?  Simply allow us to use something like 'No Cover' in the subject line to suppress.  Easy and quick to implement.

Hi Everyone!

The original question was about disabling the fax cover sheet and did not specify e-faxing. If you would like to see this for e-faxing please submit a feature request.
