I used RC primarily for faxing. Softphone allowed faxing to multiple recipients that allowed for different fax numbers, to (names), and companies. I have attached a screenshot to the screen I am referring to.

This is a crucial feature that is needed in my day-to-day business use. Since updating to RingCentral Desktop App, it is no longer possible to add multiple different names/companies/numbers for sending a files. I need to do this within RingCentral app due to requirement of a custom coverpage. If this feature is added, my business of over 125 employees will return to RingCentral. Please add this.

I am proposing the following features to be added:
  1. Multiple recipients (that allows for different names, companies, and fax numbers)
  2. Drag and drop files into the app as attachments

I see that RC has added the ability for Drag & Drop files now! Awesome!

Still would love to see the ability to add multiple recipients by name, company, and fax numbers.

I agree!  My request to have Personal Contact Groups show in the app would solve your problem too.  Check out my post:

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Make group faxes available on desktop app.

Group faxes are available through the website only, not on the desktop app.  This would be very convenient on the app, since we're able to import computer contacts this way.
