  1. Account type: U.S.
  2. A brief description of the business - landscaping company, multi location, multi state
  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested - pull company info vs account holder/creator's info to populate the "fax received" email notification.
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature - when my team receives a fax from someone in my company, the fax says it comes from me vs my company name.  thats confusing and would be better served to be sent from my company.  you already have that info stored, you should just change your pointer to pull from that field vs the main account admin's info.
  5. Benefit of such feature - clarity for users.  improve app design
  6. Include any related case number if applicable
  7. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines - 15

Hello PIKE,

Our system pulls information from what is called the System Mailbox. This is the original extension, usually 101, that was used to set up the entire account. It sounds to me like you are using the System Mailbox as your own extension. I strongly suggest to Super Admins to create their own, separate, extension from the System Mailbox to avoid things like this. To fix this, simply move your digital line over to a new extension (one with Super Admin rights) and rename the System Mailbox to be your company.
