Fax: Option to re-send failed/partially received faxes

  2. I have frequent fax failures, probably about 1 in 3 fail. The problem is usually that the fax number is busy, we need to fax to places that often receive many faxes. I know the faxes are fine, when I retry the same fax at a later time, over 90% go through without issue - same number, same fax. 
  3. A simple way to solve this would be a rule to automatically retry faxes to busy numbers 1 and 2 hours later. This could be an optional setting in case anyone doesn't want it. But for the majority of customers, this would mitigate the need to log back on and manually resend a fax 90% of the time - that would be huge! 
  4. It is extremely rare for a resend attempt to fail, so it's not like the majority of these are going to continue to fail, again nearly all of them are simply busy and a simple retry solves it. I'll attach a screenshot of an example, where it says send error, send error, busy, then I retried at a later time and it eventually went through. Of course if it continues to fail after 2 hours, we could then receive a notification, and at that point the majority of them will be problems that truly need to be addressed. But that cuts down on our need to address all these busy faxes by over 90%! 
  5. Failed Faxes on busy lines will decrease since it is likely to send successfully if sent after an hour or two compared to being resent after a minute.
