Why did you STOP providing successful receipts of fax?  We have used that feature for 3 years now and all of a sudden its GONE?  Please bring it back or we will have to change providers.

Can you clarify what exactly you are referring to?  Our system still sends an email notification to the sender and recipient. Also, the desktop app displays sent faxes as well as the web portal.

We just began using RingCentral three weeks ago.   We receive Fax Transmission emails.   Perhaps there was an update and it need to just be turned back on?
