Nevermind, it failed.  I guess the success part only applies to the conversion of the pdf file into fax format.

Correct - if the transmission results show failed, then it should be re-sent.

Why is it failing?  I can't get any faxes to go through my email with faxnumber@rcfax.com or through my RC Windows app.  The above is the result I get every time.

thanks for that additional information.  I have checked everything indicated on the Email fax failed help sheet and all is set up correctly.  The only thing I don't know about is the Firewall.  i have been working with my IT people bc I am having other RC problems as well.  Can't download the newest version (or when we did finally get it to download without an error message, it was reverted back to the old version upon a restart of the computer).  I also can't connect to Outlook via Join Now when we do have the newest version of RC computer (for the short time that the new version stays up) so no Outlook contact details for making calls.  It's all just a convoluted mess!
