Faxes Not Resolving To User's Mailbox

Faxes don't end up in the users email if the user's RingCentral account "How To Handle Missed Calls" is set to "Connect directly to Group" if he/she doesn't answer the call. We should be able to route Faxes that are intended for the user's direct number to resolve to their email under the said RingCentral user account.

Currently faxes going to direct numbers of our users who are part of a larger group to handle missed calls cannot receive faxes because the faxes are routed the same way as the calls, this represent nearly have of our accounts. The only alternative is to provide another direct number which isn't tied to an account that is part of a call group/IVR and have the faxes delivered to a shared email account which isn't ideal.
