Faxes Not Viewable in Desktop App

After faxing through the RingCentral desktop application, there is no ability to view the fax. I have three faxes: One on 5/4, one on 6/19, and one on 6/20. All of the normally available options--view, save, forward, etc.--are grayed out. Faxes prior to May 4, however, have the normal options available, but not since 5/4. How can this be resolved? Thanks...

This was solved via a remote session thru your chat function. It was solved by going to Settings > Support > Purge Data. After that everything was fine.
