Description: I would like to have an option to integrate group extensions to the default greeting w/o having to record a custom greeting. For example, thanks for calling press 1 for sales (group call queue), press 2 for service (group call queue), zero for operator, 9 dial by dir. I would through the web UI have an option to include group call queues in the default greeting.
Product: Ring Central Standard or higher
Features: Default Auto-receptionist and Call Queues
Use Case: Incoming call to company line, Auto-receptionist picks up, auto-receptionist prompts for group call queue in addition to existing zero for operator and nine for dial by extension.
