1. US 2. None 3. We know that RC is always adding new features, but have there been any reports of needed features being removed? If features are to be removed, what kind of advance notice do end users / administrators receive?
It's not common to remove features, so I can't say that we have a formal process for this type of notification. The last time I recall any features being removed was when we introduced our new Softphone and retired the old Legacy version. When the new version was released, it lacked some of the features that the older phone had, but over time our product team added those back in and then eventually retired the old version.
Is there a specific feature you are referring to? If you want something brought back, we can sure start a new feature request here on the Community.
Thanks for the quick response. I'd expect it be unusual, but I'm mostly concerned with a situation where I went with the service, but then 6 months down the road RC decides to remove a functionality that is essential to our service while we are still in contract.
