Feature request : Ability to add Call Queue on presence

Would like to have the ability to answer calls on hold on call queue and pickit up on a device that have presence activated

Adding my +1 on this request. I want to be able to easy transfer calls to call queues using the presence keys.

Hello Nspratt,

If you have Polycom phones you can press and hold one of your empty presence button which will allow you to add a speed dial. If your Call Queue has a direct phone number added to it, you should be able to enter that phone number into the speed dial and have a one button transfer option to the call queue.

@Nathan Malone - we don't have a huge need to transfer a call back to a queue - but this would be handy too.  We can currently add Presence buttons for Call Park extensions, but not for Call Queue extensions.  We want to pickup queue calls on Presence buttons on our Cisco phones.  We also would like to visually know what queue the calls are incoming from before answering the calls...via the presence buttons on phones.

We also want to pick up queue calls on our polycom phones and see which inbound queue is getting called.
