Feature Request: Ability to determine who picked up the call on the Mobile App

3. Request for ability to determine who picked up the call from the call queue when the call is missed. For the Mobile App.
4. All of us are not staying on our stations. When a call comes in, we don't know who picked up the call and on our phones the call is showing as "missed".
5. We will not worry if the call was missed.

Yeah, the "Missed" thing has always irked me. When dealing with a call queue, a "missed call" should mean that the caller didn't get to speak to *any human*, not that the caller didn't get to speak to *me*.

Has anyone found a solution or workaround to this? Every call through mobile app looks like a missed call to everyone who did not pick up the call. And if no one picks it up no one knows that not one answered it. If not available on Ring Central, has anyone seen this with other providers?
