We're a bike share system in Canada.
In the desktop version of Glip, you can reply to events and tasks, but in the mobile app version, you can only reply to tasks, not events.
It would be super helpful for our workflow if you added the ability to reply to events in app as well.
We use events to mark when stations are offline due to technical issues or planned deactivations. When those stations are back online, our field team (using iPads) need to let us know when the station is back online, deactivated, reactivated, or some other status change. Ideally they would be able to simply reply to the Glip event through the mobile app.
