Trying to find a way to link a friendly CNAME to point to the Ringcentral login portal without getting the certification issue popup.  Has anyone else been successful?  Are there any workarounds?

We would like to create a DNS record cname that points to the ringcentral portal.

http://ringcentral.mydomain.org -> http://service.ringcentral.com

Right now we get a security certificate error:

ringcentral.mydomain.org uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.ringcentral.com, ringcentral.com Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

Any assistance would be greatly welcomed.

Hey Support,

Could you share the reason(s) for trying to get this set up? What are you trying to accomplish?
