Hi I would like to request that the API Integration for Salesforce include the ability to change the outbound caller id. It is not feasible to change the caller id in the admin. app. every time that you need to change the companies you are dialing from. We have four different companies and have to make hundreds of calls a day. The soft phone allows us to change caller ids but the integrated Salesforce API does not.
