Allow users to select which calendars to consider for meeting alerts.  Currently, I share calendars with various co-workers and your apps are nagging me all day long for meetings coming up on my co-workers calendars.  I turned off all app notifications to resolve the issue but those of us using calendar sharing would greatly appreciate the ability to limit the calendars that the RingCentral apps will consider for alerts, etc.

So after two plus weeks, I finally got a helpful response on this subject from RingCentral as follows:

I hope this email finds you well. Please be advised to follow the steps below and let us know if it helps.

1. In the mobile app select the picture in the upper left.
2. Select Mobile App Settings.
3. Select Join Now and then select calendar and select the calendars you want to get join now notifications from.

I responded back asking if such a setting exists for meetings app and also pointed out that Join Now is not a very intuitive name for calendar selection.  I suggested they may wish to rename that to "Calendars" which would make it way more intuitive.

Damn, you may have solved my problem. I just spent 45 min in a separate chat session, reinstalled the RC Apps, etc. And still had no idea whether the problem is solved. Then, after searching in several other ways, I landed on your post. I see the same thing, though the option is called, more helpfully, "Calendar Sync," on my end -- they may have updated it since you wrote. But it's still buried under my photo in the RC *Phone* app, not the Meetings App or the Main Mobile App. Yikes! Who designs things this way?!

Net net: *all* my colleagues Google calendars were checked, and I was getting notifications for all. I unchecked all but mine, and I'm hoping that does the trick.

This is the only message I've been able to find that addresses my specific problem, and I *really* appreciate your having followed up and posted the info that you found. Many many thanks.
