Feature Request - Option for Ring-No Answer handling

Our "business" is a church. When someone calls, they really want to talk to a person.

We have to use Auto-Attendant to handle incoming calls, to give the caller options to direct their call to the appropriate extension. Since Auto-Attendant can only be used at initial connection, our callers are required to hear the greeting before they get to talk to anyone.

What we would like is the ability to invoke the Auto-Attendant in a Ring-No Answer event. There is a sort of work-around available, but it is not as full featured as Auto-Attendant. The work-around involves using a Queue with no initial outgoing message. For the Voicemail message, it requires the user to create a custom outgoing message containing all of the options for the caller and adding several seconds of dead air to the end of the message. This space allows the caller to make his/her selection before the call defaults to the Queue's voicemail recipient.

Honestly, this seems like a really simple thing to do and would remove the stigma of forcing folks to interact with an IVR-like function. We wanted this functionality when we began using RingCentral four years ago. No one suggested putting in an enhancement request at the time, so I'm doing it now.
