Feature request: Remove requirement for first and last name

At each of our stores we have a phone that is shared by multiple people. This phone does not belong to a single person. Each store has a 3 character code and we would like the name of the user account to be simply one word using these 3 lettres. Unfortunately, RingCentral requires us to have bother a First and Last name. I'm not sure why. When we create a new User for a store we now have the first name similar to "LAX" and the last name just a hyphen "-". 

Please remove the requirement for both a first and last name or add another field for something similar to "business Name", "site code", etc and the ability to use that instead of both the first and last name. 

It's only a small annoyance, but it gets amplified when you have 50+ locations. On all our phones we have push button speed dials that all show these imperfect names.

USA-based account 2287 Users 3800 DID lines 28 sites    We have many courtesy phones which are purposed for calling out - not inbound calls. This would be great for us.    I would add --- it would be great if there were an option (like a checkbox) with this to not require an email address for courtesy phones as we have them all set to not receive voicemail.

We do -  but it would be nice not to have to do that when you have hundreds of them.
