RingCentral Contact Center: allow name of queue to be seen by agent who is in multiple call queues.

When someone in multiple queues receives a call (that is transferred over to us from a system outside of RingCentral [InContact]), they would like to see a named label for which queue the call is coming into, rather than having to decode a bunch of numbers every time.

  • like this should be simple function to create that will be utilized by everyone in a call queue.
