Feature Request - The Ability to have a rotating call queue.

Hi! We are US company that deals in Aviation Software. We have a Customer Service queue that would greatly benefit from a rotating call queue. 

This would be a queue that rings users in the queue sequentially, but changes the order each time a call comes in. 

Example: We have a queue that holds Bill, Sue, and Joe...
A call comes into the queue and rings Bill, if he doesn't answer then it rings Sue, if she doesn't answer then it rings Joe. The next call that comes in should then ring Sue, then Joe, then Bill. 

This would help a company like ours distribute the Customer Service calls that come in equally.
