Feature Request: Voicemail message notification email forwarding

1. Account type: U.S.

2. Business Description: Accounting

3. Product feature request: Currently voicemail message can only be forwarded to the user's email or one email address.  We'd love to see an option where you can setup a rule on certain period (day/time) to temporarily forward the email to a different email address.
4. Typical scenario how this feature would be used: If our employee is out of the office, we have team members that cover one another and since the system currently cannot forward call to a 'shared group extension' we'd figure why not have the voicemail forwarded to a group shared email address.
5. Benefit of such feature: Automating the process rather than having to flip manually.  Similar to the system has the capability to play a customized Company greeting announcement where we can pre-schedule to only play it during holidays then switch back to the normal greeting on regular days.

Hey Kevin,

Under Messages & Notifications, you can add more than one email address in the message recipient section by using a semi-colon to separate them. Also, you can set an Advanced Rule on the User's extension so that calls can go to multiple people and you can change which extension receives them. I think our Support Team could set something up that will help your team :)
