A brief description of the business  - We are SAAS platform and have integration with Google/Facebook, Yelp etc .Over 40,000+ businesses across all industries trust BirdEye to give them visibility and control over their customer feedback from all channels, and use this feedback to better understand their customers, improve their operations, and influence purchase decisions. 

A high level description of the product or feature being requested-

Unable to track the changes in Audit trail | call recording enabled/ disabled Description:
We recently got information from Ext-64 that Automatic call recording has been turned on for user,Since there is multiple super admins so we need to track who made the changes for call recording for mentioned user.
When we navigated through Audit train we only found information only regarding few event as :- System Events > Login Success/Failed Users > User List > Users With Extensions Phone System > Phones & Devices > User Phones  There is no record found for automatic call recording turned on/off. Let us know who made the changes for Ext 64. 



A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: To track down the each change in audit trail once its made in RC panel. As there is 10+ admins in account so the ownership can be defined per admin.

Benefit of such feature:To see the relevancy within audit and show the accountability to particular admin

Hi Mahamama,

We are continuing to add more capabilities to Audit Trail and are planning to add tracking for both Call Monitoring and Call Recording settings in the upcoming release available Q1CY2019.

Hi Mahamana, the release for Q1 will begin rolling out to accounts in February. You can ask your Account Manager when your account is scheduled for the update

HI Mahamana, unfortunately we were not able to complete the work to track recording and monitoring settings in the Q1 release.  We did complete the enhancements to track Call Queue configuration changes, so those are coming in Q1.   We're growing Audit Trail in each release, so Recording/Monitoring settings remains a high priority item for us to implement.  I'll try to keep the community informed as we continue to enhance Audit Trail.
