Reports: filter by hour

Hello,


I periodically check our reports to see the volume of calls into the office.  We had a large number of missed calls last months, but I would like to know which of these calls were made outside of business hours.  If I can filter the reports to within the business hours, I can see how many calls were missed while we were on the job.  I would like to know the time when we are missing most calls.  It is important for us to answer as many calls as possible.  Can anybody help with this?

Hello Lafont,

There is unfortunately not a way to filter the reports by hour. The reports is more of an over view of activity. The "Summary" page of the reports will show you a time line of how many calls are made inbound and outbound during the day. This can give you an idea of how many calls are coming in after hours.

The call log in going to be a better place to go to get a drill down of missed calls. You can search the call log for inbound calls only and select the detailed view. This will show you all inbound calls including all missed calls. You can see when they come in and who's phone rang but did not answer the call. This should help you to identify when the missed calls are happening and how you can work to avoid them.
