@Saadet, did you ever use Delivery Settings function of a Call Log?
If you manage 20 extensions, but you want to receive only the log of one or two extensions, how can you specify this in the Call Log Delivery?

The original question makes more sense now :)

You can do this for historical call detail reports I just discovered.  I just scheduled an email for only my own extension.

I believe you are able to schedule for our own extensions, but the question was how to filter by a few extensions. We have a calls being routed to 6 extensions in our call center and we want to monitor the calls to make sure we are not dropping calls. So we basically want to filter all the calls going to those 6 phones. Hope that clarifies what we are asking for.

Thanks Brandon!

I am an admin and did schedule the report for the manager. The strange thing is that I can select the extensions, but it still pulls all the calls on the report.

I should have mentioned how I did it..  I saved a report with a few users selected.  Then, when you schedule a report you can select the saved report name.

Thanks!

Just to confirm, when you say account admin - you are not referring to a RingCentral admin or are you referring to the organization's admin (i.e., me)?

I did the same as you did (selecting extensions) and I am getting all calls for all extensions.

I just mean RC admin like you.  Let's make sure we are looking at the same thing.  Here are some screenshots from me.

Yes, this looks like the same I'm doing. I'll re-run tomorrow morning and will let you know. Thanks again!
