Here's an idea I've been thinking about for a bit now, prompted by my own confusion in trying to implement the network requirements and recommendations page on a Cisco ASA5506. Many times, I'll spend a couple hours trying to pinpoint specific ports or address ranges that I'm missing from my configuration. I propose a RingCentral specific application that initiates a connection to a server managed by the technician outside of the LAN, and generates a comprehensive report on the connectivity of all Ringcentral services through any given firewall. This would be very helpful for new installations as well as ongoing troubleshooting.
