First call of the day is missed

I use the RingCentral app on my mobile device (Google Pixel) and for the last couple of weeks, the first call of the day gets missed. I have not changed my settings so not sure what is going on.

What is happening to the call?  Is it just going to voicemail?

It seems to be skipping me entirely and going to my co-worker. I am supposed to be first in the queue.

Can you tell us, or test this behavior using the Desktop application instead of the Mobile app?  The configuration looks OK as far as I can tell, but this will help rule out if it's an issue with the Pixel phone or something in the web portal.

Hello Mike, 

Yesterday (9/19) I got the first call of the day, however today (9/20), the first call of the day skipped me and went to my co-worker. I have used the desktop application both days.
