Flaws in User interface

Get caught in loop with no obvious way out.

I signed up for RingCentral for it's faxing service.  The interface is very simple which is nice except that, when I went to "Get Help", I was sent back to the sign in page and it wouldn't accept my password.  I could go back, sign out, sign back in, then go to "Get Help" and would be taken again to the sign in page where I couldn't go anywhere.  

I eventually somehow landed on the community page where I'm able to send this note.  

I just want to be able to quickly go from the user interface to somewhere to get a quick question answered.

Thank you for your post today. I have seen this loop you are referring to and was able to get it to clear up by clearing out the browser cache and cookies. You can do this with most browsers with CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE. . You will not need to clear out anything other then the cache and cookies so the other options for clear can be unchecked unless you desire to clean those as well. Let me know if this helps you out.
