I want to make folder in fax messages inbox so I can sort my fax messages in different folders. Is that possible?

Not at this time.  

There is a similar thread, but this thread is for saving faxes to a folder on the Computer. Faxes: auto save incoming faxes to a folder. You can add your specific details there or I can convert this thread to a Feature Request for ability to add folders inside the online interface messages

1. Account type U.S.
2. Teachers College Columbia University - Higher education with nearly 1000 staff and faculty all using the ring central system for voice and fax
3. It would be useful to have more functions for message organization, such as creating different folders for messages that you would like to save. This function would be similar to that of what you can do in a standard web based email application such as Gmail where you can create folders and move messages to specific folders and mark them as read or unread. Ability to mark certain messages as important would also be useful. Additionally, searching by contact or number would greatly increase the ability to find messages.
4. In a typical day users get multiple calls and faxes. As it is messages can only be downloaded, marked as read or unread, or deleted. With as many messages as some of our users get it would be useful to have a way to organize these messages so that they could viewed more easily.
5. Easier to find messages. Ability to organize large amounts of messages.
