Lots of Ringcentral user are calling to check on why they can't transfer call while its on hold using the mobile application for Android.What's happening is that when they put the caller on hold the transfer button is grayed out .Sometimes they want to do a warm transfer while callers are on hold but because of this feature being unavailable they can't do it .Please vote for this Feature for Ringcentral Mobile App user's! Thanks.
