How long is the data in the Activity Log stored?

I want to know if I should download archives of my Activity Log for record-keeping or if it's maintained indefinitely?

can not bring up call logs more than 30 days and also try to add dates from one date to another using the drop down calendar and still wont show call logs the only call logs I can get is the last 30 days only.

Sorry for the late reply!

The logs are not indefinite so you should download them occasionally. If there are dates you need call log data from, please create a ticket for support and they can provide you a spreadsheet.

I think I have been able to get fax backs for longer than 30 days. Not sure exactly how much longer but I do think it is possible.

Hi all - we should preserve Activity Logs indefinitely, although I believe some got erased when we migrated everyone to our current interface early last year. As this article explains, the RC system will save as many as 200 voicemail or fax messages per extension.
