Forward calls unconditionally, without also ringing the original RingCentral phone number

Is there a way to forward calls unconditionally, without also ringing the original RingCentral phone number. We found an option to forward calls unconditionally, but this also rings the original number in RingCentral, which creates confusion for the people answering calls.

We are a US-based customer running the latest SaaS software version on laptop softphones.

Hello Atkinson,

Are you referring to the Unconditional Forwarding feature in an Advance Rule? Or are you referring to a Ring Group (Forward to Other User's Phone) in Call Handling and Forwarding?
