Forward main number to auto attendant from operator phone on demand

We are a small US based company that has weekly staff meetings where with our previous PBX we could enter a start code on the receptionist phone and all calls would be forwarded to an auto-attendant. This is useful because the meetings never last the same amount of time, nor do they start at the same time. The ability to enter a start code and have calls easily forwarded until it is turned off is super efficient compared to the work around offered by RingCentral Support.
