Is there a way to transfer a voicemail I have received at my extension to a different extension from the softphone app?  I know there are key presses when using a hard phone, however I have failed to find the ability in the softphone.

There's not a way to do exactly as you described, but, if you click on the callers name, you'll see a menu appear with several icons. Click on the Cloud/Download icon and save it to your computer, and then just email the mp3 file to the desired person.

This is unfortunate.  Using the phone buttons is a pita, and every other pbx vendor voicemail app I have used can do this out of the box.

Hi Michael,  I've changed this to an "idea" topic so it will be considered by our Product Team.  I do think it would be nice to have this. Right now, the best solution is to download/forward the mp3 via email.

I think there needs to be the option to have voicemail for a certain extension forward to other extensions but also stay in the original inbox too. For example, I have an apartment property with a direct extension. I want voicemails and faxes to stay within this extension for record keeping purposes, however I want multiple users (i.e. property managers) to easily receive the voicemails on their own softphones. Sure, I could have it email to everyone, however then I do not get any of the benefits of having softphones.
