my forwarding calls on the other number is doesn't work please help me ?

We aren't there with you to understand what it is that you are requesting help with. Which other number are you referring to? How are you trying to have calls forwarded? Is call forwarding working on one number but not another?  Have you tried setting up the second (other) number like the first one?

Knowing the above information would greatly help us to help you.

I must make a reference of my line for my holidays but it does not matter the number chosen it does not work

Are you saying that one or more RingCentral lines are not working properly? What do you mean by "it does not work"? Are you able to receive calls? Are you able to make calls? Are you the administrator on the RingCentral account? If your answer to being the administrator is "No", have you checked with your administrator?

I am an administrator but when I want to make a return of my direct line on another line the transfer does not work, I tried with several different numbers

You are still not giving us a lot of information on how you are attempting to do this. Can you advise, step-by-step, the steps you are taking to accomplish what you are trying to do?
