Get Rid of Glip Tab on the Mobile App

The UI changes in the updated version of the app are terrible. I understand you are trying to promote Glip, but at what expense? Get rid of that tab and bring back recent calls tab. You replaced the most useful feature with a page that just links to another app. Terrible decision that shows you don't care about your customers. Glip users have the separate app. The RC app is for making calls and texts. Bring back the old UI and get rid of Glip or at least allow users to change the tabs. Spend your mobile app development time on making it actually work and add MMS.

How many bad (1 star) reviews do you have to get in the App Store before you listen to your customers? You have now had two updates since Glip tab was added and you still keep forcing it on us.

Seriously considering Dialpad as an alternative. They are focused on calls/text, have MMS, and an app that actually works. Plus, they are 1/4 the price.

Thought I was the only person that felt like this, I wish it was out of my way as well and I didn't have to maneuver all around to monitor my business while I am out of the office.

Looking at all the reviews in the App Store, it seems like everyone agrees with us. I use Ring Central to call, fax, and text. I think everyone that needs internal group chat, etc has that in their existing enterprise software. My company does. Offer Glip as a standalone app, exactly as it is. In the phone app, Glip is out of place and in the way.

Click the keypad at the bottom of the screen, then the clock next to what looks like a dialpad and there's your recent calls. I use glip and the RC app for calling for my business, it just took finding where it was moved to for me to make sure I knew if calls were missed.

I just want to let you all know that our product team is aware of your concerns. There's already discussion and a change in the road-map but it'll take a little more time to get implemented.

Another update today and Glip is still front and center. Insanity! I can't wait to see more one star reviews roll in. What is the timeframe for getting this self-serving (care less about what your customers think) mess resolved?

Yes I want to be able to put the features I want on the App I would love to see Glip get removed.
