Give Option to Show Number Name for Incoming Calls

I am using a US Small Business account and all users have the soft phone setup with headsets. We are a national tutoring platform. We use local numbers for each city to appear more boutique and local. We have about 90 different local phone numbers for each of the cities we are in. We have one sales team that handles all 90 cities. We were using TalkDesk for over 2 years and have just recently switched to RingCentral.

When receiving incoming calls, the caller ID shows the CALL GROUP NAME. However, we won't actually know which city the user is calling unless we make a specific call group for that city. Ex. we have a call group for "Los Angeles Sales," and "New York City Sales" so that we can better handle the calls by automatically knowing what city the caller is in. This forces us to have 80 different call groups with identical settings, only for the sake of having different caller ID's. 

My request - and from browsing online looks like an issue for many people - is to give the option to show the PHONE NUMBER NAME as the caller ID. This way, I could have ONE call group for Sales, and I would still be able to know which city is being dialed because it would display the phone number name as the caller ID. It has been a complete nightmare adding/deleting users because we have to manually link them to 80 different call groups. Almost to the point of making me go back to TalkDesk.

The phone number label should ALSO show for the outbound caller ID name. I had to use custom rules just to get the phone number label to show there.

Ringcentral should take make more use of phone number names. Please please add this option.
