We are a summer camp provider in Canada that uses both Glip and Ring Central.

Currently, the only way to remove a task is to complete it. Sometimes, I want to delete tasks because they have been encompassed in another task I have created. However, I need to "complete" the task in order to remove it. This shows my colleagues that the task has been completed, when in fact it hasn't.

A task may also be deleted, but only by the person who posted it. Just click on the task's title to open the Details view in the right pane. Then look for the trash can icon in the toolbar at the top of the page.
