Glip: I can't change passwords for our Users.

There are several variables here depending on how the account was set up. You'll probably want to give us a call so we can obtain and view the account details.

You didn't mention if this is a Glip only user, or RingCentral & Glip. Glip can be used as a stand-alone product without being a RingCentral Customer.

Some RingCentral account owners/admins may setup an account for the users, then provide login credentials to that user, or a user can create their own profile in Glip, in which case the admin can't change their password. It sounds like the latter is the case.

In almost all cases the user will just need to reset their own password.
