No certain why they can simply allow queued calls to have a setting to disallow queued to mobile. ie it would be enabled on desk and softphone, and disabled on mobile. salespeople etc could receive calls on their mobile but would not be in the queue . right now for one of our users: when they get to the building, they have to enable queue but disable mobile so their phone isnt ringing while at their desk but when they leave, the have to enable mobile and disable queue to leave the queue. seems silly

simply allow a queue setting to go to softphone/desk only
