Glip sends the wrong message

When I deauthorize a soft phone as Admin for any of my users with access to Glip, RingCentral sends an email saying "We see you recently changed your email to (email address) if you did not make this change please contact costumer support".

As you can imagine this creates all kind of inconvenience among users that do not know what is going on with their accounts.
Please adjust the verbiage for this type of activity or do not send any message at all as it does not make any sense as is. And please don't tell me anymore that is acting as design.
