Glip Shows Contact Online Always

Glip shows contact is online all the time. 2 of them are using only the mobile app and 1 uses the desktop and mobile app. They are unable to receive notifications on Glip. We have had this issue before and have uninstalled and reinstalled the Glip app. We changed 2 of the users emails and that worked for them.  How can this be fixed without changing emails?

Hey Williams, I'm a little confused about what's going on here...Could you provide more background regarding what's happened in the past and what's going on right now?

Have the Users logged out of their Glip apps but still show online? Do they not receive notifications even when logged in?
