Finally Ringcentral got the approval from Apple to handle the incoming calls and not getting the the first call ugly interrupted, it was years of waiting but finally we can use the Ringcentral app at the phone. I was one of the complainers, so it is fair to give a praise.

Mike, this is a huge win for us resellers.  It was such a big complaint so I quickly emailed all of my customers to get that update installed!

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Desktop App: Update to Version 8.3.5.

RingCentral Windows Version 8.3.5

After coming into the office this morning, I noticed there was an update which was released over the weekend for the desktop app.  All it said was that it was for some bug fixes & performance improvements.

Could anybody explain which bugs were fixed?  One of the agents here noticed that the incoming call standalone window no longer interrupts whatever she's doing whenever it appears.  Was this one of the bug fixes?
