Group Policy & Templates for ALL RingCentral Features

Our IT Department sets up & deploys phones across the company- Hundreds of users. There are far too many RC features that have to be set/ added/ configured on a user by user basis. You should be able to push out any feature or setting (call park, intercom, paging, etc) to the entire company or any subset of it. An enterprise UC solution that has to be managed one device at a time is a serious time waste.

2018-06-21 We have thousands of users and thousands of DIDs and manage via Custom Roles so each category type of user has the same set of features deployed uniformly from our centrailized Network Operations Center. This capability is already available. Maybe you can contact your customer account manager for assistance on how to use template in the Enterprise environment?  Have your IT admin also join our unofficial user group http://ringcentraladminusersgroup.org/

Thanks, Cecile. I've used templates for some items, but I don't seem to be able to set up a template that pushes a call park location or intercom group to any group.
