When using the mobile app, it says that we can only send a group text from the company contact list. When I log on to my ring central account online, it won't let me add anyone to the company contact list. I'm guessing that we can only send a group text to those who work for our company and are on the company contact/extension list...is that correct? I can send a text to a group of people from my personal contact list but it sends it in separate text messages to each recipient so each time I want to send a text to a group of people I cannot refer back to the original text I made to continue the conversation/group text thread. It would be handy to be able to create "group" or "distribution list" of specific contacts to quickly send a group text and all replies will stay in the same text window as a thread.
