I have 3 call queues for specific support. I would like call queue #1 to take priority over queue 2 and queue 3. Queue 3 can have heavy call volume but the callers that call queue 1 are high priority and we would like them to be ahead of queue 2 and 3 even if queue 2 or 3 has waited longer. Can this be accomplished? Seems like a queue should be able to have a priority.
