I work for an IT company in the US that doesn't have a set location. I was asked to look into a desk phone with video capabilities that would allow our clients to be able to contact us if they need immediate assistance. Are there any phones that you would recommend?

You would want a fixed video desk phone for your customers or yourself or both?

For our customers. I'm on the move a lot so even though I have a desk I'm not at it all the time.

Is there a good reason you want them to use a desk phone for this?  Why not just video and screen control through something like Bomgar, TeamViewer, etc?  Some of these can also be integrated into your website so your customers could just click to chat with you and then escalate to video, voice or screen share.  They could reach you through a web browser or mobile phone.

https://www.tawk.to is a free service I use for an ecommerce site.  The chat and ticketing functions are very good and there is an inexpensive add on for voice and video.  They claim screen share is 'coming soon'
