Has anyone else been experiencing an issue filtering the call logs?

When we filter the call logs by phone number we are getting an Alert. " We are sorry. Your request cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later." Not every number and not every time. I have a ticket in with support already.

Hi Lee,

CallLog search is not returning any results when when special characters such as dashes and parentheses are included in the search phrase; e.g. (650) 555-1212.  Searching without special characters, including partial number search is working normally.   We have developed a fix for this issue which should be deployed as part of our 11.0.2 release coming soon.

Thank you for the reply George. I’m not using any special characters and the interesting thing is that it will work if I only use the first 6 of the 10 digits to search.
