A Call Queue might be more the answer on this. Depending on their schedule and who is logged in or out at a given time.

Other than the fact that you can't add 50 extensions to an extension's Call Handling and Forwarding, do you want all 50 extensions to ring at the same time? Sequentially? (Personally I would not want to be on the calling end of a 50 user sequential answering call group).

Long and short of it is...There are other ways to handle what it seems that you want to accomplish.
