Hello, I just set this up and I called over my computer it went through however I could not be heard

Can you please provide more details so we can troubleshoot?    What kind of headset?  Attached to deskphone, or PC/Softphone ?  USB? etc? 

How are you making the calls?  RC Decktop app, desk phone, chrome app, Outlook extension etc?

My headset is a USB - Jabra- Head set.

Now I am not able to log in. Is there any support?
I have been trying to start a new job here for 2 days.

How are you dialing?  Are you using the RingCentral Desktop app? 

If so, go to Settings and Audio and make sure you select the appropriate options from the drop-down menu like shown here:
